The essential structure of every piece is covered for ten years against manufacturing defects, including the body frame, hinges, closure system, and interior lining substrate.

Fitted electronic components are covered for three years against manufacturing defects, including the fingerprint locking module, LED system, and internal wiring.

Our relationship does not end when the warranty period does. SIRAE offers paid care and restoration services to help your piece remain part of your life for years to come.
The formal promise
The full terms are set out below. They define the scope of coverage, what is and is not included, and how to make a claim.
These Heirloom Promise terms apply to all SIRAE pieces, including pieces acquired before the publication of these terms, when purchased directly from SIRAE or from a retailer authorised in writing by SIRAE.
Coverage begins on the original date of purchase and applies solely to the original purchaser, as evidenced by the original proof of purchase or a purchase record retrievable through SIRAE systems.
“Structural Components” means the primary frame of the piece, the closure system between lid and base, the load-bearing connection of hinges, and the structural substrate of the interior lining.
“Electronic Components” means the fingerprint locking module, LED illumination system, and their associated driving circuitry and embedded wiring, where fitted.
“Decorative and Surface Elements” means the exterior microfiber leather or copper wire surface, metal fittings, stitching, and ornamental details.
“Normal Use” means private domestic display or personal use under reasonable conditions. It does not include commercial rental, film or media production, prolonged outdoor exposure, professional freight handling, or use following unauthorised modification.
“Surface Evolution” means the physical and visual changes that surfaces and materials can undergo through time and normal use, and which do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
For ten years from the date of acquisition, under conditions of Normal Use, SIRAE guarantees that the Structural Components shall be free from defects in manufacturing or workmanship.
For three years from the date of acquisition, under conditions of Normal Use, SIRAE guarantees that fitted Electronic Components shall be free from manufacturing defects.
Batteries, battery replacement, and natural depletion of battery capacity are excluded from this coverage.
The following circumstances do not constitute defects and fall outside warranty coverage. SIRAE may offer paid care services under its Care Service Conditions.
SIRAE uses copper wire, microfiber leather, velvet, metal hardware, and other materials described individually on each piece. Natural tonal change on sealed copper wire surfaces or metal fittings, regular wear or colour change on microfiber leather, and minor variation in timber colour or grain can occur over time.
Wear, indentation, scratching, natural relaxation of stitching, coating wear on hardware, and normal depletion of decorative elements are not covered.
Coverage excludes damage caused by immersion, fire, extreme temperature or humidity, prolonged sunlight, impact, overloading, accidents, unsuitable transit, commercial rental, media production, or public exhibition.
Repair, modification, cleaning, recolouring, or component replacement by a party other than SIRAE or a SIRAE-authorised atelier may void the warranty.
Warranty service requires the original proof of purchase or a purchase record retrievable through SIRAE systems. The piece must be authenticated as a genuine SIRAE creation before a claim is processed.
The Promise applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. A transfer, resale, or gift does not transfer or reset the remaining warranty period.

SIRAE will complete an initial assessment within ten business days after receiving complete application materials and provide a proposed resolution and estimated timeline.
Logistics costs within the United Arab Emirates are borne by SIRAE. International arrangements and associated costs are agreed separately.
Within warranty coverage, SIRAE may fulfil its obligations through complimentary repair, replacement of defective components, replacement with the same model, or—where those remedies are not feasible—a credit of equivalent value or a reasonable refund.
No repair or replacement resets the original warranty period.
Beyond the warranty period, and for circumstances outside its scope, SIRAE offers paid restoration and care services for as long as a piece remains part of your collection.
This is a service rather than warranty coverage. It may include microfiber leather surface care, copper surface care, hardware replacement, re-stitching, and component refresh for integrated electronics.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIRAE’s total liability arising from any defect is limited to the remedies described in these terms.
SIRAE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of commercial profit, collectible value, or damage to objects stored within the piece.
Nothing in these terms affects non-waivable statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall first be addressed through amicable conversation. If unresolved, they shall be referred to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre under its rules then in force.
SIRAE may amend these terms. No amendment affects the original warranty terms applicable to pieces acquired before its effective date.
