The Sextet is a six-watch winder built as a case rather than a cabinet. Each holder turns on its own programme, so a rotation of automatics — a diver, a dress watch, a chronograph — stays wound and correctly dated whether it is worn this week or next season.

It is made for the collector who has stopped resetting calendars by hand. The glazed lid keeps the whole rotation in view and dust out; the latches and handle mean the same case that sits on a dressing table can be carried to a safe or a second home. At 33 x 23 x 44 cm it holds six watches in the footprint of a small trunk.

Dune gold copper wire is drawn over a solid timber frame, lined in soft aqua and capped in brass-tone corners. It is watch storage made to the standard of luggage — a winder box that reads as a piece of luggage rather than as an appliance.

The case is drawn in dune gold copper wire over a solid frame and lined in soft aqua, each of the six holders cushioned and cut to take a bracelet without stretching it. Brass-tone corners, trunk latches and a carry handle are set by hand. It is made to be kept, and to pass on as an heirloom.
