The Belvedere is a display cabinet built the way a trunk is built, then left open. Three tiers rise on a tapered frame, each one a stage rather than a compartment, so the piece works as a display unit for books, ceramics, framed photographs and the small objects a room is actually made of. Nothing is hidden behind doors; the open shelving is the point.

At 54 cm wide and 40 cm deep it slips into a hallway, a bedside, or the turn of a staircase, and at 107 cm tall it holds that space without crowding it. The Blossom Pink panels are drawn in copper wire over a solid timber frame, bound at every edge in leather and finished with brass-tone corner caps and hand-set studs.
