The Horologist is a jewellery cabinet that keeps a watch collection running. The top lifts open on a mirror and four automatic winders, so mechanical watches stay wound and correctly dated without being worn, while the five drawers beneath hold the rest of the collection in order.

It is made for the collection that spans categories. Necklaces lie flat in lined channels instead of tangling on a hook; earrings sit in rows; scarves fold into a drawer of their own; and one full drawer is fitted for eyewear, with individual bays so frames do not stack on each other. Everything closes behind a key lock.

Blossom pink copper wire is drawn over a solid timber frame and bound in ivory leather, with brass-tone corner caps, trunk latches and hand-stitched pulls set by hand. At 82 x 46 x 118 cm it stands as furniture rather than as a box on a table — a jewellery armoire built to the standard of luggage.
