A Jewellery Cabinet for a Riyadh Walk-in Closet: From Storage to Private Gallery

Important distinction: SIRAE cabinets are furniture and collection-care pieces. Locks and fingerprint readers control everyday access but do not provide certified burglary, fire, insurance or active climate-control performance.

A walk-in closet offers the opportunity to make jewellery storage part of the architecture rather than an isolated box. The most successful cabinet begins with the collection and the owner’s routine, then resolves proportion, visibility and access.

Map the collection

Record necklace lengths, ring and earring counts, watch sizes, bridal sets and larger statement pieces. Separate daily wear from occasional pieces so the most-used drawers sit at a comfortable height.

Plan the room connection

Coordinate cabinet width, door swing, drawer clearance, lighting and walking space with the closet layout. Exterior colour and material should relate to the surrounding joinery without pretending to be built-in when it is a freestanding piece.

Choose the interior deliberately

Use divided compartments and suitable cushions to prevent pieces from touching or tangling. A personalised nameplate may be considered; unfinished product numbering can remain separate from the customer-facing design.

Set the security expectation

A lockable or fingerprint cabinet supports privacy and controlled access. Use a separately certified and correctly installed safe for pieces that require rated burglary or fire protection.

Speak with SIRAE

Visit the SIRAE showroom in Dubai or contact info@siraecasa.com to discuss the collection, preferred layout and placement. Co-created pieces typically require 4–8 weeks for production after the specification is approved.
